For us, supporting young entrepreneurs is also something personal.

Many years ago, when Blickshift was still in its early stages, we benefited tremendously from the local innovation ecosystem around Stuttgart. We were fortunate to meet experienced mentors, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry partners who shared their knowledge, challenged our thinking, and helped us turn a research idea into a successful deep-tech company.

Today, as a company developing advanced eye-tracking analytics technology used by researchers and industry around the world, we feel a responsibility to give something back. By mentoring at programs such as the Cyber Valley AI Incubator, we have the opportunity to share the lessons we have learned, from technology development and product strategy to building a company around a future technology.

We believe that Europe’s future innovation leaders are being built today, often long before they become visible to the broader public. Supporting talented founders on that journey is one of the best investments we can make in the future of innovation.
